Getting married in a garden

Garden ceremonies offer something most venues cannot: a natural setting that feels personal rather than hired. Whether it is your own garden, a family home, or a dedicated garden venue, we can conduct a fully legal ceremony outdoors.

An outdoor legal ceremony still follows the confirmed Marriage Act or Civil Union Act pathway. The assigned registered marriage officer will confirm the required documents, witnesses, and relevant register before the day.

Our own Craighall garden

If you do not have a garden of your own in mind, ours is available. The Mini Ceremony hosts up to six guests for a simple, ceremony-only day, and the All-in-One Garden Wedding hosts up to ten guests with the details handled for you. A garden ceremony at your own venue uses the Full Ceremony.

What we handle

We arrive early, walk the space, and plan the ceremony flow around the environment. We are experienced in outdoor ceremonies and know how to manage weather, acoustics, and logistics without turning the day into a production meeting.
